women's fellowship

Purpose: All women of St. Mark are invited to join the Dorcas Circle for study, discussion and fellowship.

Topic:  Enriching studies and discussions based on the Lutheran Woman Today periodicals.

When: Second Tuesday of the month at 9:30 a.m.

Where: Library

Purpose:  Please join us for fellowship and Bible study as we "Find Joy" in our lives according to God's plan.

Topic:  "Finding Joy" by Traci Mullins.  If we have the Holy Spirit dwelling with us, then one of the results is supposed to be joy. (Galatians 5:22)

When: Third Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m.

Thursday Prayer Circle

Purpose:  On Thursday afternoons, women of the church gather to pray for our church and its issues. 

Topic:  Thoughts are gathered throughout the week, the prayer is planned at the beginning of the meeting, notes are made, and then prayer begins in earnest.  Prayers included may be for the staff, committees working a special project, vacation bible school volunteers...anyone or group that may need God's special help, comfort or support that week. 

When: Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
