At St Mark Lutheran Church, we understand that information about you and your family is personal. Because of this, we strive to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. When you join St Mark Lutheran Church, we use and disclose your personal information for the normal organizational activities of a church organization. Below we provide examples of some of those activities, although not every use or disclosure within each category is listed:

  • Prayer Concerns Submissions – Web site visitors may submit personal information when requesting prayers. Information from our online form is sent to church employees and designated church members for action.
  • Church Membership Operations - We collect and use your personal information in the normal course of operating our non-profit organization. For example, as members, the church relies on personal contact information to notify members of upcoming events, solicit members for a church event, and to send copies of our periodic newsletter, The Lion Roars.
  • We may also use your personal information to:
    • Comply with federal, state or local laws that require disclosure.
    • Respond to law enforcement officials or to judicial orders, subpoenas or other processes.
