Here's how it works: The links on this page point to some books we offer for sale. Many of them have been read and come recommended by members of our congregation. Other books were taken from titles offered by amazon.com that may be of interest to our fellow Lutherans. If you would like to learn more about a particular book, or would like to order it, click on the highlighted title and you'll be taken to amazon.com, the largest bookseller on the Internet. There, you can learn more about the book and, if you wish, order it. Don't worry. You can't order a book by accident! Clicking on a title does not commit you to place an order. You'll have to go through a "checkout line" to actually order a book.
If you want to order more than one title during a single "shopping trip", place the first book in your shopping cart and, at the next screen, press the "continue shopping" button. You will then have to click on the "Back" button in your browser window as many times as is necessary to return to this page. You can then choose another title and add that to your shopping cart. You can switch between the St. Mark Bookstore and amazon.com as often as you wish, using the procedure outlined above, to choose all the titles you want to order. If you change your mind about any of your selections, you can remove it from your shopping cart before going through the checkout line.
Amazon.com has a very good reputation as a fast and reliable bookseller. Normal shipping times are given for each title on the amazon.com web site. If you have any questions or problems regarding an order, please contact them directly through their main web site (amazon.com). And don't forget, only books and other items ordered through this web site will generate a rebate to St. Mark. If you order any book or item offered here through amazon.com directly, we receive nothing.
